IWAY- International Welfare Association for Yadav's serves the social, health and welfare needs of the Yadav community; promotes the Indian languages and culture; provide financial assistance to deserving students from weaker financial background; assists victims of natural disasters and wars; fosters the spirit of good fellowship among IWAY members and Yadav community; and advocates human rights, social justice and social change in civil society. 


IWAY is dedicated to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the great values. 

Constructing wells
A dozen of our volunteers, along with a number of our senior staff members recently traveled to construct new wells and waterways.

Digging irrigation systems 
One of our senior civil engineers recently headed out to help some farmers in develop irrigation systems to increase their productivity.

Installing filtration systems
A small handful of volunteers accompanied two staff members to install filtration systems in semi-developed areas in need of clean water.

Shipping filtration tablets
Using the funds you provided, we sent a huge shipment to rural villages.

Providing education
One of our volunteers drove an initiative to teach a number of classes to community leaders
